Clearwing Fly, a Butterfly with Transparent Wings

The Clearwing Fly (Cithaerias menanders), is a butterfly with transparent wings. Because of this feature, it almost becomes invisible when it flies.

It is found in Costa Rica, Central America. It flies low to the ground in rain-forests, feeding on rotting fruits & decomposing fungi.
